Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the provided return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
